Hours for housecall appointments: Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturdays 11am-3pm.
We are closed Sunday & Monday but you may leave a message for any inquiries or appointments, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

PRIOR to the housecall appointment:
Past Medical Records: are requested to be emailed to us for review. [to: DrLum@SFVetHousecalls.com]
Cats: If need be, please confine them to one room or carrier, or in a manner to not allow them to hide under furniture etc…
Appointment time: Please allow for an approximate 30 minute window of arrival, prior to and after, the scheduled appointment time, due to the unpredictability of appointments, traffic and parking. We will try to call you if we anticipate arriving outside of this window.
Parking: If you have any parking hints around your home, please let us know; this will be greatly appreciated; driveway, garage, or street parking availability, etc.
Payment:
Payments for services are due at the time of the housecall.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover; Cash and Checks.
No billing services are available.
Veterinary Pet insurance is accepted.
Cancelled or missed appointments: If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call to let us know at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged for the visit; and also if your pet is not available at the time of the housecall appointment when the doctor arrives… ie: not able to get from under the bed or behind something or…
